This one-off hand made gown is constructed from a fine white cotton/polyester stripe fabric with the addition of silver thread stitching.  The gown has a generous length of 37" (94cm) from shoulder to hem creating a lovely christening drape.  The gown is fully lined and washable.  Rear fastenings are from 5 small mother of pearl buttons and hand stitched button loops.  The long sleeves have gently elasticated wrists.

The yoke and bonnet have been pleated and individually stitched with silver thread to create a delicate and stunning effect.  The front of the gown has 12 lines of silver stitching running down to the hem that reflect the light.

The bonnet has an elasticated and frilled front for comfort and fastens with a bow ribbon. All trimmed with silver stitchig.
