'Honeycomb Regency Stripe Christening Gown'

This one-off hand made gown is constructed from a white cotton/polyester stripe fabric with honeycomb details.  The gown has a generous length of 37" (94cm) from shoulder to hem creating a lovely christening drape.  The gown is fully lined and washable.  Rear fastenings are of hidden hooks and hand stitched bars.  The long sleeves have gently elasticated wrists.

The yoke and bonnet have been pleated and individually stitched to create an unusual effect.  There are 4 stitched pin tucks running down the centre front of the gown.

The bonnet has an elasticated and frilled front for ease and comfort and fastens with a ribbon bow.
